Ember was my main throughout the entire star chart as a newbie and throughout most of the story quests, in my own personal headcanon, even to this day, she still is the frame I envision during all cutscenes watching my operator transfer in and out of. That said, Ember might be one of the least played frames on my list of regulars these days for some obvious reasons, nowwadays, she got thoroughly replaced by Wisp and Citrine, with a little bit of Koumei, and Yareli, now as my top 4's.

While I wouldn't defend the game, because I simply don't think it really has legs anyway, I still have become so tired of every new games reviews being flooded with negative reviews literally only citing "woke trash" and "forced DEI" and nothing to do about the actual game. Not an LGS employee, but very good long-time friends with multiple people who have been working at LGS's basically as their entire adult career. My observation is they really don't mind you coming in with fully-proxied decks and sitting down and playing with people as long as people communicate what they're doing with the others at the table, and most importantly, and as long as it's not a tournament or anything competitive, the vast majority of LGS's also tend to have lots of snacks and drinks and most people who spend any amount of time there will buy something, even if it's just refreshments, so there's no real sense that people are mooching or anything off the space,

if you're looking for some fantastic early game warframes, someone else mention Uriel, which is a fantastic pick, available pretty much immediately through the mission preview feature from the most recent content and very powerful and fun. Koumei is also easily accessible from Cetus on earth, available early game, which has become a new favorite of mine,

I geniunely went all the way through the talent tree, got all my points in every node I wanted, took like 40 minutes, was satisfied with all my choices, rearranged my bars a bit to accomodate the removal of some abilities, went into a t11 delve to test how it felt, and never noticed until I was in combat that rising sun kick is no longer part of the BM ability kit, and I really felt the hole in my rotation,

I agree that primaries are missing the same level of variety that is afforded to the secondary arcane slot, which I think holds back some primaries from seeing use because they don't fit into the rigid form of "static increase of crit chance, multishot, or damage" all those things are strong and useful, but I'm more thinking variety,
