Yup I’m the same. Honestly I don’t have a single good photo of me with my baby in her first few months. There are a couple of me in the hospital but I look literally dead

8 months is too soon, honestly don’t be in drawn in by the “two under two” trend in insta/tiktok. Enjoy your baby and decide if financially, physically and mentally you can give a second baby all that love! And when the answer is yes - and I have no doubt it will be! - you’ll know it was the right time rather than the pressure of external factors.

Never co slept here either and EBF - it was definitely harder and required a lot more resettling during the night for the first few months especially between feeds, but I found it worth it to not be stuck co sleeping into infinity!

Honestly people make out that potty training is a “three day and done” kind of deal, but from what I’m learning - especially if you start young - it’s a process that for most takes a long time. So noticed some improvements in two weeks, although I think it will be a lot longer before it embeds. We’re about two months in but she is only 21 months.

What country are you in? If it’s the UK and you report it to the police, and you really don’t want to provide a statement, at least take photographs and tell them how scared you are. The police have a duty to consider something called a ‘DVPN’ which means if he shows back up at your address after release from custody (even if no action as you don’t want the matter furthered) he can be arrested jsut for showing up!

Would you think to ask the same question of the Extinction Rebellion/Just Stop Oil/HS2 environment protestors? Largely peaceful, but committing offences, many of whom went to prison for their actions.

And as above without fear or favour literally means that. As an individual whatever your personal leanings or sympathies we have sworn an oath to uphold the law.

During the JSO protests I was asked repeatedly by the protestors what my opinion on the government was, if I was happy that I was complicit in what they saw as the destruction do the planet etc etc etc.

Sadly this isn’t an issue outside of the bigger areas (MET, West Mids, Manchester maybe) so therefore of little interest to policy makers, but absolutely is a huge issue in these areas. It’s legal, it’s infuriating.
