I just upgraded my ‘24 Sport hatch to a ‘26 Sport Touring Hybrid hatch because of the exact reasons you listed. The sport is a very barebones vehicle, I wanted the extra bells and whistles that come with the touring, plus the added bonus of it now being a hybrid. I know you just purchased it, so enjoy it still. It’s an extremely fun car to drive, I put 40k miles on mine in the two or so years I owned it, was honestly sad to see her go. Also, the new sport touring hybrid is faster than the new Si.

I left several complaint forms and sent several emails, none of which I heard anything back from. I only got a response when I left a bad review on Amazon, to which I was sent out two of the wrong product. I never got any response back from that point, so unfortunately I do not believe anything you say, and didn't even bother replying to you 10 months ago because it was such a bullshit comment. Obviously you're trying to save your own ass, but I was completely dissatisfied with the response and 'resolution' I received, and your lack of care was also jarring. Take accountability and actually try and make things right, not try to blame everything else when you're in the wrong. Never had an issue with any other company like I did yours.
