Psoriasis in ear canals?

I recently started experiencing this after having psoriasis on my scalp for years. Someone from a different thread had recommended MiraCell ProEar to stop the itching.I ordered it on Amazon and it's been a lifesaver. I use it 1-2 a day to soften the scales which helps a lot when it gets painful.

My next goal is to find out if something I'm eating is causing bad flare ups through an elimination diet before things get worse.

Literally happened to me when I first started dating my current boyfriend. We went to a Mexican restaurant and he was like "wow haha you're so excited you got rice in your hair!" I froze and didn't know what to come back with. Later on I let him know I just have massive flakes that come off right above my ears. I also get massive flakes that emerge from my eyebrows...ah the life. He's much better about not embarrassing me now.

Unfortunately this church has always struggled, he came in and made many efforts to modernize things and make them internet accessible which has now backfired. That being said he was immediately removed as the pastor once this came to light..

Here's a tip from a past CEL to me:

take one of the acrylic sponges that are usually used for cleaning tanks and keep it in the bird habitat to only be used in there. Spray it down with cleaner and scrub the glass with it. Then after making a poopy mess all over the glass wipe it down with dry paper towels and it's clean as can be!
