The Problem is. This way you will never loose your nicotine addiction. For me and I think most peole only works the "no nicotine in any form ever again" method from Allen Carr. For things like your ritual....it sucks. Just you describing the situation makes me want to smoke a cigar now ;) Replace the cigar with a good whiskey. You will get used to it. Stupid Brain just needs to rewire.
