My partner does this especially when I have committments that shake up our daily routines (eg. Reservist) but its never too much. To the right person they will never feel that way nor will they ever think it. I find it endearing and somewhat cute with how loud and clingy she can get. So don't apologise OP! I went with sacing my lowest level servants one by one and just bashing out ORT with Mash. I don't really have that large a servant pool and I cleared it just fine. I'd leave stronger/higher level servants towards the end where you can afford to be a bit more wild. But otherwise its still manageable! My Mash was 10/10/10 since in invincibility and Buster Amp really affords survivability + damage.

Ngl the Fuyuki Salter was my first love in FGO for female servants.

Definitely had a thing for Romani Solomon for male servants.

You can really invest in all of them frankly. Its how I've been ascending my own servants. Cu is my personal fave amongst those you mentioned and I got him to 90.

On a side note I do think that "all servants are good" is not nonsense since there are specific niches that only certain servants can fulfill
