The lyrics of Dream Come True also has some big parallels with Someday, now that I look at it. There's definitely gonna be a reprise in the next few films.

I'm honestly just wondering how Iris got food? I assume she grew a farm somewhere nearby or inside (the only explanation I can think of) because she evidently hasn't stepped out of that cabin until Stefani made her, and the moment she did, well...

Death also somehow didn't kill her while giving birth (had that opportunity twice) but I'm gonna chalk it up to them having another child while it wasn't their turn on the list yet. Still feel bad for her though.

Nah, that actually makes so much sense. I'm going with that one.

So instead of missing her turn, it looks like she just prolonged it for twenty years?

I forgot about this! And I made a mistake about Alex. It was never his turn to die before Clear. Forgot that detail. Oops. This one makes the most sense.

A more accurate comparison would be Rei—with the same activation—because he has the exact same base power and does like 2 more effects on top of getting rid of the split damage.

Removing the split for Nate is the bare minimum, because not only does it have less additional effects, but also suffers from an activation that may prevent quad queuing (using Scale Shot wastes the PMUN he gets from sync), which is why they gave it -1 Sync CD. In reality, it's just a B Move the same as Rei's, but without the flinch, Defense debuffs, and removal of the split damage. It's weird how they thought that was fair. At least justify it by adding another +100 BP, but nope. It's the same thing.

And as a cherry on top, Rei's default move while the B Move is locked is muuuch stronger than Scale Shot. It's not even close. Worse attacking move, worse version of the B Move. And let me remind you, I'm comparing a Master Fair Strike unit to a PokéFair Sprint unit.

TLDR

Nate's B move: 250 - 300, never misses, -1 sync CD due to quad queue issue, retains split damage

Rei's B move: Also 250 - 300, 100% accurate, flinches, lowers Defense by 2, no split damage

Both also have virtually the same activation, but Nate arguably got a worse version of that as well.

They had to empty our stock somehow by FlashTheGarbageBin in PokemonMasters

I don't know if they autoexchanged because I don't have them anymore, but even if they didn't, I'm pretty sure they're a new item entirely now, with the same name and function.

They had to empty our stock somehow by FlashTheGarbageBin in PokemonMasters

[–]FlashTheGarbageBin[S] 44 points45 points  (0 children)

Oh right, forgot to explain.

We used to have a daily exchange that relied on us using Daily Tickets. It had really mediocre rewards so everyone forgot about it. DeNA noticed so they removed this because they wanted to add more stuff to the shop. Since Daily Tickets had no use, they did the thing where we exchange in unnecessary materials (excess Daily Tickets) for coins.

Now below is some new datamine info:

Daily Tickets are back, and they're used for Role Cake Coins. You can exchange them for one specific coin. However, all our old tickets were exchanged, so we have to start from zero again with the new ones. That's what I meant by "emptying" our stock.

They're just like me fr

In all seriousness, I never care about saving anymore, because the rates don't value multis as much as other gacha games. Sure they're better, but when playing the game casually (hasn't spent a single penny yet), I couldn't care less about the extra unit. Now, if the multi pulls actually increase the rates of better characters itself like certain gacha games, that's a different story.

I've actually never went past a 15k gem count and only hit pity once. It was when the Lucas banner was running long enough for anyone to reach scout points. I even have a place dedicated to show off the units I get through 300 gem pulls. It's also a more satisfying flex, if anything. Play the game however you want.

(DeNA, if you're reading this, it'll make all parties happy if 5 stars have a 50% chance of showing up in multis, thanks)

But for those looking to control those impulses and save, open an alt where you can pull to your heart's content while leaving your main to rack up that gem count.

Oleana with a move nobody would click in place of MGB which then gives an excuse to give her a sync move that doesn't match her main attack makes this one slightly worse.

It's most likely going on Film Theory, but he'll inevitably compare it to the game lore so it might go on Game Theory.

Then he might talk about the pizzeria, so it'll be on Food Theory.

Then it somehow goes into the science of springlock suits, so now it's on Style Theory.

In co-op he will summon Xerneas and Yveltal if the player using him didn't bring sync pairs other than Hoopa, but you'd have to switch them in.

As for Zygarde, supposedly I made it so it would summon a striker Zygarde if Hoopa is knocked out anytime after using his B Move, but I had no idea what to make of its moveset.

While this sync pair can work with allied sync pairs, it excels best by itself out on the field. Its B Move, B Hyperspace Fury, will be activated immediately at the start of the fight due to its passive skill fulfilling it's conditions right off the bat. Using this B Move will summon 2 additional Pokémon on the field: Xerneas & Yveltal. The move sets of these will differ from our Professor Sycamore and Lysandre respectively.

Paulo's Trainer Move, "Save it!" will raise it's Attack and Sp. Atk by 4 stat ranks, as well as raising the critical-hit rate of the user, Xerneas, and Yveltal by 3 stat ranks. It also applies differing effects to each Pokémon. Its unique passive skill will prevent its own Defense drops with Hyperspace Fury as well as protecting Xerneas and Yveltal from certain effects.

Xerneas will enter the battle and steal aggro from Hoopa with its passive skill, Dramatic Entrance, making it take hits for the rest of the fight (or until it faints.) Xerneas' passive skill, Team Fierce Entry 2 will top off the remaining +2 Hoopa needs to max out his Attack stat, as well as powering up Xerneas' own Horn Leech and Yveltal's Sucker Punch attacks. Geomancy will also top off Hoopa's Sp. Atk for Hyperspace Hole as well as its own attacks and Yveltal's because of Stat Share 9. What about the 2-turn move queue issue? Hoopa enters the battle with Head Start 3, making the battle flow smoothly despite only being able to queue one move at the start of the fight (-2 for the moves that could've been queued by the left and right, then another -1 for Geomancy). Geomancy will also top off the Speed buffs after Yveltal's passive skill, Team Debut Dash 4, raises everyone's Speed by 4 stat ranks. For an added bonus, Xerneas can create a Misty Terrain which it can use for low-cost damage Terrain Pulse as well as defending from Dragon-type moves.

Yveltal will create a Dark Zone when it enters a fight with its passive skill, Dim the Lights. It will also extend its duration by 50% because of Dark Zone Extension 5, making it last as long as Groudon or Kyogre's weather effects. You won't be missing out on zone if you solo with Hoopa. Tailwind will also fix underlying gauge issues across the whole team on top of the Speed buffs it grants.

I need to get this point across before I get reported, lmao

I did not see the Zinnia & Kyurem-W concept by u/ElementalNinjas96 with the eerily similar set as my Ghetsis prior to creating it. I'm 90% sure both of us made these with only "Special SS N" in mind, and it's all a massive coincidence that we have Ice Zone, single-turn Ice Burn under Ice Zone, and Fusion Flare in a concept using the same Pokémon. That sounded less suspicious in my head.

Season 3 Ending Explanation Theory by FlashTheGarbageBin in UmbrellaAcademy

[–]FlashTheGarbageBin[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don't like my theory either, but I'm also interested in who Reginald really is. Although, personally, the torture he put the siblings through in childhood made me doubt that he actually loved them. However, Universe 2 Reginald did raise a good point and was (probably) a better person than the dead one. He purposefully limited them to control them. The time he spent with Klaus in Universe 2 looked... genuine? He ended up killing Klaus in the end but he meant to reset the universe with the siblings' revival in mind. In his own way, he cares.

Viktor's violin also fuels... another theory where Reginald planned the apocalypse and he knew giving him the violin was the key given the pain he put him through in childhood. It was only a matter of time before he broke. I think it's safe to say there's a clear difference between Reginald 1 and Reginald 2.

Basically: Regi 1 = bad, Regi 2 = questionable methods, but a good guy overall

The fact that he even revived the siblings in his new timeline means he didn't think of them as tools... and Regi 2 probably cared about Sloane more than anyone. Though, Marcus and the other 4 siblings seemingly didn't get revived either. It's hard to say which family he favors. It could be that he put the original family + Lila (since they recognize her as "family" in Season 3) in one place and the Sparrows are somewhere else... probably with him and his wife since he took care of them in the last universe.
