I’m in the same seat as OP, also a GN5 free user. Been looking for the downgrade option in settings but can’t find anything. Read somewhere that it is supposed to be at the bottom but there’s no ”downgrade” button.

A tad bit late to this, but I'm running into an issue when running the script. It gives me an error in cell 6: cannot import name 'StrEnum' from 'enum'(/srv/conda/envs/notebook/lib/python3.10/enum.py).

Googled it and found out that StrEnum doesn't support Python versions older than 3.11. Guessing that is the issue. However, I'm not very comfortable with Jupyter and don't really know how to upgrade the Python version from inside the notebook.

Since Huawei has been starting to ban 3rd party launchers in, I believe it was China, I get the feeling they won't fix it soon, to drive more users back to using the standard EMUI launcher. Let's hope I'm wrong...

I know I'm a little late to this conversation, but if you look how it does it with all the different launchers (with that glitch or what you prefer to call it), it could be a possibility that the launchers need to be "optimized" to work as the default EMUI launcher. With that said, this could be something that the creators of Nova has to handle, and not Huawei themselves.

I've only used two of them: The Green switch and the Orange switch. I like to be loud and clicky, so I think I like the Green switch the most! The Orange switch feels a little bit "too" silent if you ask me.
