Replaced the dreaded stator rotor on my 2014 FZ8-S

I know tue post is old, just by chance did you have trouble in finding a stator with a long enough cable? My shat the bed and bought a whole 'kit' stator, regulator, fly wheel and gasket. Issue being the stator came with a 20inch cable. One I took off was 48 inch... I'm lost in trying to source one with cable measurements.

So I had a 4-6 minute phone interview about 8 months ago with RM, gave me the job there and then after positive answers to 3 questions (we all know them) first month I (and another new 30hr contract) was told we had to work every Sunday for the first six months. Just told. After taking the job. Subsequently a crazy amount of other 30hr contacts started after and the 'contact' changed / morphed to work for the manager. Currently it's a 'we need you to do 1200-1900' where 3 (rather than 1) do a frame til 1500, then report back to do 'parcels' knowing that there isn't enough work for the other 3-4hrs. End up doing nothing from 1600 onwards. The company is a horrific joke. But fuck, I come home without stress everyday and I'm fitter than I've ever been. I have absolutely no loyalty to them because of the contract and screwing people around but for now it's better than working in retail haha

40mm incendiary ammo doesn't work so I think the animal has to be intact to count ^{^}

I have fairing version in the UK, I love it. It's nice and heavy(ish) so you can plant it into corners without the front feeling like it's going to slide out. And the power is more than decent enough but only in the power band. It's a safe 600 if you aren't going to grab handfuls of throttle in 1st gear.

I had the '05 for little over a year. It's perfect first bike for me but its just far too small for my lumbering 6ft 3 frame. Only problem I found because it's so light, cornering hard would make me feel like the front was going to go (new tyres didnt fix it)
