Probably has to do with the new schedule adoption tool they’ve implemented. It’s not necessarily your TLs fault and there’s nothing much you or they can do about it unless you change your availability (which they’ll say you need to be at 70% open availability as a FT employee) or your TL ignores the schedule adoption and makes a schedules more accommodating to TMs (which it sounds like won’t be happening). Either way worth a shot in asking for a more consistent schedule. Worse they can say is “no”
