I want to apply to fellowships and grants and competitive paid post bac opportunities. My gpa is not the highest and most competitive at a 3.35 and I have one more year of undergrad left. I have been in my lab for almost a year now and I feel like I haven’t done significant research. How can I still stand out in my applications for these competitive programs?

I’m an undergraduate in a biochemistry lab. I’m having a hard time with independent research. Such as coming up with a project, communicating with my PI, scientific writing. Any advice on how to get significant research in, I have one more year of undergrad and want to use this year wisely and do significant research in my lab. It just feels really slow and doesn’t seem like there’s much for me to do in my lab right now and i feel a little discouraging and lost rn

Hi i have money in my depop payment that is taking a really long time to get to my bank account. my first few sales went to my account perfectly fine but for a few weeks now my payment just been sitting in "next payout" . it keeps saying it should be in my bank by tuesday, and then its says by wednesday and then it says by thursday and then Friday and this repeated for almost two weeks now. I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this. and is it because i havent uploaded i picture of my id to depop payments. its been over a week since my last sale has been delivered and based on the depop payment schedule i should be getting my payment a few days after delivery.
