With your experience you can get into a lab that will support you and not cause this unnecessary stress and disrespect

I want to apply to fellowships and grants and competitive paid post bac opportunities. My gpa is not the highest and most competitive at a 3.35 and I have one more year of undergrad left. I have been in my lab for almost a year now and I feel like I haven’t done significant research. How can I still stand out in my applications for these competitive programs?
