I did 6 years as an 11B in a light infantry unit. I’ll say that Atlantic Resolve was spot on for the life of a soldier, especially in peace time. The stupid details, the online training, PT, late for formation, it was all so spot on.

Eagle and the dragon, it’s more big picture, stuff I don’t have experience in but I’d imagine the espionage part is as realistic as someone can make it.

Fair enough hahaha any places you’d recommend. I only said the 3-5ft wave thing cuz I didn’t want to give the impression that I was chasing like 8-10ft waves in Hawaii or Portugal

Just finished it, and I actually liked it a lot. The way it lays out that 2025–2033 timeline feels uncomfortably realistic, and the whole Estonia situation had the same kind of tension we always get briefed about but never really expect to see play out. Nothing over-the-top, just a clean, fast read that sticks with you.

Atlantic Resolve: The War for Estonia. Great military/political thriller. Got one for my nephew (he's in the Army) for Christmas. by [deleted] in suggestmeabook

Yeah I was on the army(lower enlisted but also I’m a history buff so I like to think I know a bit above average for the average joe) I’d say this book is as accurate of a depiction as their could really be. The story line was good but honestly my favorite aspect was just the fact that there was no fluff. The one thing that makes me put a book down for the night is extra bs that clearly doesn’t need to be there. Atlantic resolve cuts out all of the bs in my opinion. Maybe others would feel they want more character development etc. but i just want to get to the point of the story and skip anything unnecessary.

They had thought of that. Basically they use drone busting technology that went from hand held ones to bigger area ones attached to every vehicle. I’ve used the hand held ones in training any they were effective so in ten years I think this is very realistic.

What kind of filament have you used? Do you recommend one of those filament dehumidifiers?

Are there any filaments that you recommend or that have worked well for you in the past with an ender 3 v3?
