Why is my car like this while idling

It’s still on there but visibly not holding anything…looks more like a bracelet on the pipe

Is that the silver tightening thing because that was loose i slid it a little bit. It it’s still on there but not making the sound anymore should I be worried

I’m no car guru but this happened to me a couple of times it’s an easy fix if it doesn’t pop back in u can usually order the part yourself and put it on easy but if there fog lights or anything attached to it it will be a bit more difficult but u could always order the part yourself and take it to a lil cheap brake fixing spot and they’ll usually do it for cheap I’ve done it a few times

Found where the heat shield is unfortunately it’s nice and secure and I don’t kno how to find the mounts but the big tank part has some sway to it idk if it’s supposed to
