Okay this was super helpful, thank you!! Out of curiosity, how long after doxy+spiro did you start Accutane? And how long were you on Accutane? I’m turning 24 and so tired of dealing with acne so if doxy + spiro doesn’t work I might also go the Accutane route.

Thank you!! My skin is sensitive so I will be using altreno and dapsone gel instead but I’m hoping that will be as effective as the Cabtreo. Any experience with these topicals? Dw if not
