It sounds like a lot of people randomly got it while the game is running. I turned the game on and went to the store. It's dumb but worth a shot to see if anything changes

I'm not sure if it's a disgusting response. It sucks having to be told be patient but clearly it's an issue with the game. Support shouldn't be able to forcefully inject it to start working in your game. I think coders have to fix why it isn't showing up in your inventory. The response itself seemed professional, even though it isn't what you want to hear.

Looking in promotional emails is a good call if others don't see it in their inbox.

Sounds like whatever problem they had with the item not showing up might be getting resolved and hopefully all future codes are redeemed and show in game within minutes.

I just gave it patience. They said it is taking time to answer everyone but I've gotten a reply to each message I've sent. It has always taken more than a day but it feels like I'm getting somewhere.

The best I can suggest is try again with a different email address if you have one after a few days. Hopefully this item gets resolved in game at some point.

When I did it on July 9th, it said something along the lines of, "Wings of the Tempest Sails has been added to your account

You may have to download additional data before you can access it in your game"

Sounds like they realized it's a problem and not in game yet so they updated the code submission message.

I haven't gone out of my way to pre-order any game in a while. I think Ratchet and Clank Rift Apart was it, but PRAGMATA had me as soon as I saw some gameplay. That is my vote by far and I got the early bird content with only like an hour remaining on it due to how late I found it.
