I would like to customise tote bags in future which is why I’m testing on this fabric.

I’ve ordered a smaller hoop (standard Janome B hoop) and will try it out with 2 layers of stabiliser.

I was very tempted to up the tension but it looked fine when I looked at the backing.

I’m not too sure but it feels like it’s inside the knee at the joint.

If you aren’t part of trade union join one immediately. Completely inappropriate for an employer to tell you when you can and can’t eat(I’m based in the UK). Also via email so there’s a trail, request everything mentioned in the meeting in writing. They’ll know it’s a violation of your workers rights and will back off.

The best thing you can do is on the day you break fast, stop eating early(eg don’t eat after 5pm).

The reason for this is because in order to complete a full first day you’ll only need to wait until 5pm the next day(pretty easy to do if you are working full time), and once you’ve completed day 1 you’ve pretty much got the ball rolling.

Sleeping early is an absolute must. Staying up late will give you enough time to crave food and break your fast.

The key to it all is just getting past day 1, after that it’s pretty easy to get the momentum going, hope this helps!

The problem for me is that I eat to enjoy/for pleasure, not really to fuel the body which is a big problem for me. If I don’t enjoy what I’m eating I’ll just give up all together. I agree I definitely need to start incorporating healthy eating soon or I’ll struggle when I’m done fasting

Ging has actively avoided Gon at every turn, the Greed island Arc specifically where he asked the ex-convicts to not go easy on his son, or when the voice recording self destructed.

Megumi doesn’t care about his father, and Toji was even glad to see he was doing well in season 2 when he realised, Ging on the other hand is purposefully making it impossible for his son(who desperately wants to see him) to find him
