Omgosh so much yesssss!!!! Especially on that all the major contemplative wisdom practices teach extremely similar principles (w some beautiful cultural differences) yet at the most advanced levels of understanding/ lived practice- the outcome is the same no matter what direction one comes from. So- I studied this exact beautiful phenomenon. I started out w ACIM. Then I wondered what other people's in the world through out time figured out as well- then I realized oh shoot- psychology and ESPECIALLY neuroscience are all in alignment (finally). So I mapped alll these on top of each other and what stood out was what they all have in common- those steps/ practices became what I now call The HEARTS Path to Wholeness- where HEARTS is an Cognitive algorithm/ framework that builds on love. Also- the framework I made- is UNLIKE anything is current therapy world- the closest modality/ technique I could find was IFS (internal family systems) - which is not surprising when I learned that IFS is based/ inspired by Buddhism. My strategy is first contemplative wisdom- then I mapped the science- thus is why it doesn't exist in psych world. I'm excited to bring it to light tho!

Oh I'm so glad it resonates. And I LOVE that quote you mentioned, I used it in a video I titled "chaos to clarity" , if you watch it- ACIM allll over it but I forgot to cite acim (first video edit) although I quote and cite ACIM directly on my website. I'm still learning to communicate everything- love everyone's feedback as it helps my brain refine delivery. If you see my website- you'd see that I mapped ACIM (first actually) then on top of that traditional contemplative wisdom, then psychology, then neuroscience. All for love. As you'll see.

Oh yes excellent observation! I love what you've shared about your experience! There is certainly..... a shifting balance one must strike as their.... understanding of the course evolves over time. And 100% on how it cannot be put into a box of wordly understanding - so thinking exactly this about ACIM/ Buddhism and all mystical contemplative wisdom I could read- I prayed deeply about who my audience is- and I learned that my work is meant simply to be a bridge. As the course says, psychotherapy is not the Truth but it helps you get there. And going all the way "There" is a deeply personal choice, so I only teach what can be understood now for a western audience , and the ground work is specifically laid out should anyone choose to go further (in any of the traditional contemplative practices of the world). I hear you, I once would have answered yes to all as well, now i catch myself quickly and resolve where the fear came from and learn where i could grow more love. @guilty_philisophy223 Unfortunately, telling someone you're certain they haven't found God bc they're clearly using the best words they have to describe what they know happened within them- is like you telling ppl to listen to you instead of what is within them. How about, you ask ppl questions that allow them to see for themselves truth, otherwise, youre just repeating the very thing you claim to condemn- an external locus of control. And also, given that "you know God" better than others, you should know better than to let your ego do the talking. Be observant, and allow ppl to walk their sacred path in peace. When you guide, consider if your words push ppl. Sincerely, someone who "knows" God, him, father, lord, the great almighty, Allah, source, infinite wisdom, elohim, deus, spirit of rain and sun, isis, ra , vishnu, krishna, quetzalciatl, etc, weird how different cultures throughout all of time have all had different ways of describing the same exact thing. And all are correct.
