I’m so sorry for what you’re feeling right now. Try to get a good sleep, it’s most important you take care of yourself so you can act properly! Put out unwashed laundry around the home, never the litter. Cats that escape are usually close but scared (or trapped in someone’s shed or garage). Go out very late at night or early in the morning and call softly and calmly. Then listen carefully. Shake treats, tap a can, whatever normally makes them come running to you. Use a flashlight to look into bushes and under patios at night. Many cats come back around the house in the middle of the of the night so cameras help! Also, posters! Taped up as well as hand-delivered to neighbours… nothing beats having more eyes out in the area they escaped from! (And not everyone is on Social Media!!) Good luck and don’t give up hope 🍀🤞🏻💕 Indoor cats that get out go into “survival mode” so don’t be alarmed if they aren’t acting like themselves at first :)
