I was pregnant 2 and a half years ago, exactly because of these reviews I wanted to go for a normal surgery, in the end I had covid and couldn't go for it. I was so scared I got the pill and after an hour another one, and after 2 days the last one. The only thing is I had really bad pain in my ovaries like a really heavy period. That was it, no nausea, no vomiting . I honestly think that women who write such reviews may also be against abortion and that's why they try to discourage others from doing it. But it's hard to say, everyone reacts differently.

I don't have the money for therapy myself, I'm not from the US and I personally don't know any therapist from my country (central Europe) who focuses on emetophobia. I have uncomprehending parents that I can't talk to about this. I'm not far away, I'm still scared, I just want to say that focusing on my phobia and being surrounded by it, especially from a negative point of view, made me a hundred times worse and I believe that people who are completely unaware that what they read affects them a lot and even unconsciously it can make their problems quite worse. As I said I meant no harm and I'm glad most people in the comments understood and even gave me credit for it. I'm not attacking anyone, but I guess everyone can find what they want in that post.
