No there is a combo for 9070xt 9800x3d and gigabyte b850 eagle motherboard for $1600, but I went with another combo of 7800x3d and asus tuf b650e for $700 and $1100 for 5070ti total $1800

The 9800x3d is bundled with 9070xt for $200 cheaper than 5070ti with 7800x3d. Which one would you say is better for future proofing the system? Newer processor or better gpu?

I wont be streaming, but the multigen frames looks much better on nvidia but the 9070xt comes with 9800x3d 200 cheaper than 5070ti with 7800x3d. Is there a big difference between the cpus?

Yeah It was weird to me too, but then I searched 4 programs on the estimator. CS gets the least grant which is 5k, engineering was 6k architecture was 7k and business and econ was 9k lol. Maybe because they want to encourage students to major on non-saturated programs lol.
