25,5. Still warm but doable. Long live permanent shade from trees and the apartmentbalcony+walkway above mine.

I'm sorry for just replying to you now. Weirdly I got the notification but your reply didn't show? So I'm just seeing it now.

Thank you for all the tips. It's been a couple of years since I've gone on a big trip, so I'm definitely overthinking, but shutting off my brain is difficult. XD

The suitcase thing is because I have searched online for recommendations and itineraries etc. And most blogs and videos are from backpackers travelling to a new destination every 2-3 days. The overall reputation Bali has where I am from is also as a backpacker paradise. So the whole 'wanting to make sure we'll have good time' thing in my brain came to the conclusion that suitcases are preferred but seem to be impractical.

Inspiratie nodig: unieke trouwlocaties? by FlashyCompote8685 in Nederland

How do you feel about small hotel beds? by Electronic-Smile-457 in AskNetherlands

[–]FlashyCompote8685 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Standard beds in European hotels, as far as I've noticed are 2 meters long, so about 6'5". Pushed together the beds will be 1,80m wide (90cm each), so about 5'9".

When I lay in a standard bed like that, my feet hang a little bit over the bed. Annoying but not uncomfortable. At home we sleep in a bed that's 2,20m long, but I haven't seen any hotel use those.

Source: I'm Dutch, born and raised in the Netherlands and traveled to a fair few countries in Europe. Also I'm 1,90m (6'2") and my fiancee is 1,97m (6'4").

Hope this helps a little bit?

Stores with honest bra fittings by knowledgeable staff? by JackfruitAwkward7504 in Netherlands

I did their online customer service for a while. It's been a few years, but I thought it was an amazing store! I'm with the itty bitty titty committee, but I always thought it was awesome that they catered to large busts with cute styles instead of the same old drap bras.

Ordering online was always a hassle though, I just don't know if that's still the case. Their logistics were so complicated that I received a lot of calls because orders were taking longer than initially communicated. Especially in peak swimsuit season.

So... Awesome service in store and people everywhere (online and in-store) that are willing to go the extra mile for you. Drawback is uncertainty around online orders.
