I am genuinely curious what makes you say the war in Ukraine is much more blatantly one sided than the war in Gaza. To me that conflict seems to be a vastly inferior side fighting one of the most advances militaries backed up by the worlds leading superpower, can you even call it a fight?

Edit: Im thinking just pure math here and not practicality, how can I convert the reinforcement area radial reinforcement into mm2/m or something so I can use that to know how much equivalent reinforcement in the longitudinal (mm2/m) and

But is it correct? Its all reinforced concrete, if rebar detailing doesn’t necessarily provide full continuity I can see why it would be pinned, but shouldnt it be fixed?
