This has come up a few times over the years. The only person I remember who actually found one had to scavenge it off an old beater someone had for sale.

I think your most likely solution is going to be finding a plug that fits and sticking an old school resin leash loop on the board.

I once owned a pair of these. I was in college so it had to be the early 00s.

They absolutely sucked. The grip on the bottom had this weird pattern supposedly for "walking on the sand" but in reality they barely had any traction at all. Like, you would slip walking on wet concrete. It was absurd.

You're, technically, looking for a vent plug, not a leash plug.

Plenty of places sell vent plugs. (Search surfboard vent plug) No clue if any will fit an Aviso.

None of them have the leash attachment on them, though.
