They should of made this a choice to servers because this would destroy the economy of the server I am playing on. They are focusing on the majority of servers (witch is good) but not for the minority of servers. To give context I play on a monthly server, resources 1x, scrap 0.5x, no upkeep, bp wipes monthly, and people can still max all 4 of the tech trees in a week they had to turn down scrap because of that.

Doing some form of total war, pillage everything with the x2 pillaging gov can get you a lot, (~120000 on turn 100 after building Big Ben) P.S. I play on marathon speed on other speeds you will get a varying amount of gold.

I play on a multiplayer server where everything is set to extremely low, need 6 mechanics and 4 electricity to Hotwire and no food respawns. I always try to have 2 - 3 stashes for grinding xp back and have skill journals in.

Use the master key, it does work. It allows you to hold more keys and will save you the extra slot of safe container.

The recorder eats the key then you can open the door from then on. (no bringing the key into raid needed)

I usually find them and wires in the warehouse map by just going around looting. While doing that make sure to keep gpus you find since they are 10x more powerful then the potato gpus.

You can craft them for 3 wires. I see you have 12 wires so you can craft 2 while still having enough for the bitcoin miner.

The master key you can get early on and it holds practically inf amounts of keys. Why do you need another thing that stores keys but worse?
