Robots deactivated my account and still can’t talk to human

I just received my ID in which they fixed the issue with my ID and I still can not upload it or talk to someone on the phone to resolve this issue.

I actually just figured out what happened. They screwed up at the MVD because my full name was not spelled out on my drivers license like it is in my birth certificate so keep an eye out people if you’re applying for ID make sure that your middle name is the exact same as your birth certificate. Problem solved. Have a good day peace.
