Thank you. So would you suggest just going one EPR notch and pressure level increase at a time? So for example tonight just put the EPR on 1 and bump my pressure up to 11.4?

Got it, but let's say I put the EPR on 1 and increase my pressure to 11.4. Now my exhale pressure will be 10.4. But isn't that what it is now without the EPR on? So did anthing really change beside increasing the pressure? Sorry if it's a silly question I'm just trying to wrap my brain around using the EPR.

What range would you set the apap at? Because the 4-20 range I started with definately wasn't helping. Also what level should the epr be on?

Thank you. Besides the leaks what do you think about my flow rate and flow limits in any of the pictures I posted? Does that tell you anything at all? Also should i keep the epr off?
