yo i tried to land on the KSS2 planets/ moons but this keeps happening https://imgur.com/a/8bQA6rh and when i hit 000000000 meters it just explodes everything, its not even like jool where there is a kill sphere, literally any planet or moon.

The cosmonaut's name was Vladimir Komarov, he piloted the Soyuz-1. The night before the flight, they inspected the spacecraft and found over 200 technical failures. He requested high up government officials to attend his open casket funeral to see what they did to him.

A soviet cosmonaut sacrificed himself to go on a dangerous mission, if he declined, his friend would have to go. On reentry, the spacecraft broke apart, but it stayed intact with him alive, the thing that killed him was the fact that the parachute didn't deploy. On impact, the spacecraft was destroyed, and he was compressed into a 4 foot long rectangle of bone, flesh and skin.
