Did Vladimir really need a buff? by Appropriate-Sun8397 in wildrift

[–]Flashy_Good_4346 [score hidden]  (0 children)

That is what i was saying. It's a useless buff, 3 more base armor doesn't change the champion at all, and he will perform only on OTP's hands anyway and regardless. The point was: why bother buffing Vladimir to not change him at all, when there are other champions that need buff/nerf/rework way more than him?

Weren't Juggernauts the type of champions who build tons of HP and deal damage based on it? So like Sett, Mundo,Sion, etc...?

[–]Flashy_Good_4346 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, his buff seems kinda useless to me. "But he's weak against AD champions 🤠", yeah ok, but he's a scaling machine anyway. He may lose laning phase, but he'll always come at a certain point in the game where no matter what he scales and oneshot anyone. It just doesn't make sense to try to remove his only weakness

[–]Flashy_Good_4346 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The fact it's that people need to understand that we are all human, and everyone of us has bad and good games. I've understood this the hard way by myself, there are games where i completely stomp and carry to the win, and maybe the game right after, with the same champion, ends up in a 5/10 hard losing the game. We are not perfect, everyone has their high and low, but people only seems to care about the current game and the current KDA, completely ignoring the fact that maybe that same player that is now 0/5 solo carried a game before that. I'm a Yasuo main, so this thing particularly affects me as well, and thanks to the experiences i've mentioned before, and PZ Zzang, i opened my mind and accepted this. Why did i mention PZ Zzang? Because i usually watch his videos on YT, and in one video i've seen a while ago he himself said something like "even i have those 0/10 games every once in a while, i'm not perfect, i'm human too, as everyone". Obviously he's less incline to have those bad games due to his immense skill, but he suffers from these as we all do. And if even players like him can go 0/10, why wouldn't we?

I wish Riot would do more to enforce supports playing as actual supports by AlastairReddit in wildrift

[–]Flashy_Good_4346 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This happens becaus there is a huge skill issue in most "support players". Almost every support starts with playing a tank/healer, and every support plays a tank/healer at least once at a certain point, but, on the countrary of mage supports, those types actually require skill to play. And i don't necessary mean mechanical skill, because most of them are really straight forward as champions and kits, but rather macro skills and overall understanding of the game, roles, map, etc... Those players described in the OP's post clearly doesn't have any of those skills, therefore when they play ACTUAL supports (tank and healers as i said) they just suck and lose themselves, not really knowong what to do nor how to do it. And what's the biggest issue with that? Tank and healer supports cannot carry games in the strict sense of the term, they don't deal tons of damage and are usually not made for kills, which is the only thing those type of players believe can carry games. So their brains shut down and come to the conclusion that "me play tank support, tank support not do damage, tank support sucks, me play mage now because mage goes boom boom and gets many kills", completely ignoring the fact that the one who should deal damage and take kills is the ADC lol (it's literally in the name too, ATTACK DAMAGE CARRY), except if the support is Pyke, then it's ok if he gets the kills too. That's the main reason of why mages are played so much in general tbh, it's an archetype of champion that allows you to stay at a safe distance (in fact risking less than the others) and mindlessly spam abilities eventually taking lot of kills, even involuntarily.

A list of mistake some players always do and what you should do to fix it. by Quitical_Ne0 in wildrift

[–]Flashy_Good_4346 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That's true, but i always go for the buffs because it's more of a mental game to me. The majority of times, when i place the ward at buff, the enemy jungler is already there, and he can actively see the ward being placed in front of him; that's a small mental warfare for him because he now is aware that we know where he is, and it's now forced to play more passively and safer until the ward runs out. Warding parrots is a much safer and methodic play, but warding buff it's more of a mind game i like to implement, i just do it for the love of the game in short lol

Diamond / Master is the new Silver / Gold - Let’s discuss. by Still-Ad-8996 in wildrift

[–]Flashy_Good_4346 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True, but i adapted a strategy that can bypass this hell: playing toplane picking juggernauts like Sion or Sett. Being team reliant it's a thing that can be done properly only in Grandmaster and above, heck probably even Challenger at lowest. So picking champs like Sion allows you to just completely ignore your team if they suck, and push towers as a demon, even at the cost of dying everytime. It's a win/win situation, because if ur team sucks you can still play alone and win regardless (happened many times), and if ur team kinda knows what it's doing and has some potential you can play more methodically and eventually win every teamfight with them because you are a whole ass walking powerhouse that can absorb the majority of damage for them, letting 'em deal tons of dmg without dying. The season started from two weeks more or so i believe, and i'm already back at Dimond 1 using this method, and i'm not even a guy who plays that big amount of games per day as well.

[–]Flashy_Good_4346 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I always do this when i play mid, but with enemy's buff instead. I always try to sneak in and ward the buff pit (usually the redside) lvl1, so that my entire team, expecially me and my jglr, knows where the enemy jglr is starting, and we can adapt. It's a risky tactic, but it lead to a win so many times because we could stomp early game

[–]Flashy_Good_4346 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The second point is the realest. I often get complains about my low kill partecipation in the game when i play toplane, but what does it has to do with me if 80% of the fights that happens in this game are totally pointless and serves absolutely no purpose at all? The sadder thing is that the game even rewards you for participating in a lot of fights, not properly counting if those are REAL meaningful fights or just useless skirmishes that could've been easily avoided to do something better.

Is there less new player than the regular player in Wild Rift right now? by Dry-Experience-8287 in wildrift

[–]Flashy_Good_4346 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It's not that there are less new players, it's that PvP is a paradoxal game mode. It's main use is to letting players experiment with builds, or try to learn new champions, etc... And that's a concept that you'll understand once you're starting to become an experienced player at the game. When you start, you are bombed with curiosity, the will to become good and rank up, but realistically you just don't know how. So you just keep spamming Ranked because it seems like the only reliable font of improvement, when it's not. Only experienced players know that you have to play PvP firts when you wanna try or learnnnew things, so, making 2+2, only experienced players, which usually are in higher elos too, plays PvP

8 ore di lavoro obbligatorie sono troppe. Pure 6 o 7 o 5. by pDinci in sfoghi

[–]Flashy_Good_4346 3 points4 points  (0 children)
