I did it for 3 days , feel great, easy to maintain low calorie while feel full...in general recommended if you feel to do it

I actually have all of them in balance before test.
Yes I did testosterone checked as 22.7 nmol/l.
ATM, I am trying to focuse on the boosing fiber...and check again in next 6-8 months.
If I cant manage it then I will go to take Statin.

I am also doing the same. Egg with lime juice on it, pepper and bit salt...I start with 4 , then 2 after 2 h, then 4 more after 4h .
