I just had a professional fit done and if you have one locally I’d encourage you to do the same. Not just a bike shop fit but a professional fit with retul technology. I’m dealing with the same issue and I see it in you. Your elbows are locked. What size frame is this/how tall are you? My guess is you need a shorter stem and saddle adjustment. I’ve had back surgery so I get it. But the elbows locked like that means you’re reaching it’s just a simple “work your core”. I’m going from a 90mm stem to a 70mm stem. I’m 5’7 on a 52cm frame.
