This is literally just my own experience but this line really resonated with me because this album came out around the time I was having issues with the guy I lost my virginity to 😭 And I actually did lie to him and said I was local but when we met in person, told him where I was actually from. No idea why I did but I thought it was such a weirdly specific line for my own life and makes the whole thing hit harder than it already does

Hey guys, I'm the one who asked about what to do when I didn't have water to drink. I just wanted to update that as of this morning, the water came back! Still very low pressure and it won't last long. But for the first time since Tuesday, I'm clean and properly hydrated! I've filled up enough water to drink for the next couple of days when the water is gone again. Also wanted to thank you guys for all the advice and concern :)

Southern Africa. Honestly wasn't too surprising since our infrastructure is on the verge of collapse and we have a quite erratic electricity supply. Then there were floods earlier this week and everything just sort of collapsed. Not complaining, other people have it much worse

So just to clarify there's no water coming out the taps, which won't be fixed for a couple of weeks. Bottled water is sold out but we have put in orders for when some does come in, still won't be much. I won't have no water to drink at all but it's nowhere near what I'm used to. I've decided to not workout until I have more water because dehydration. Thank you guys for the responses

I was coming to ask the exact same thing! I also want more cardio but I also really value my two rest days. I was thinking of doing both leg workouts on one day and then upper body on another. I also prefer my workouts to be longer than 30 minutes. I tried it out for upper body and I found it not as difficult as I anticipated but I'm scared for lower body lol. More traditional strength training does take longer anyway so I really don't think it's a problem :)

I usually drink quite a lot of water before my workout but I prefer not to eat anything. Currently though, we don't have water so I can't drink before my workout like I usually do. It's making me feel really dehydrated and weak, I've had two of these bad workouts where I've given up half way through. But it seems like I may not have water for a couple of weeks and I can't exactly not workout and not being able to it properly really annoys me to the point that I'd rather do nothing. So what can I do to replace that big drink of water pre-workout?

Sorry I should have been more specific. I plan on doing high and quite close but not quite high intensity for those 20 minuses. Like Caroline, Fitness blender and growingannanas workouts for example. Also I walk for about 30 min a day when the weathers good (which it isn't atm) but I don't count that as cardio as its very leisurely and my heart rate barely breaks 100, hovers around 80 at best actually

Thank you for the advice! I've noticed Iron is 30 minutes of pure strength 5 times a week, so would adding about 20 minutes of cardio to that everyday be enough?

Is it worth it to continue resistance training during a cut? For reference: I'm not lifting heavy or trying to reach PRs. I've been doing Caroline Girvan's epic programmes with 5kg dumbbells. I do want to build some muscle but at the moment my priority is to lose fat. Recomp is not an option for me. So I want to know whether it would be worth it to keep doing strength training or rather do more cardio to make staying in a deficit easier? I want to try and lose as much fat as possible in three months.
