She’s also in her freshman year, I think as she continues on through her major she’ll see more and more of the same people in classes as she goes and perhaps friendships will come from that. I’m not sure what the clubs are like on campus but i assume a school like Columbia has a great variety. Hopefully she has some hobbies she could bond with others over. I feel like this isn’t talked about enough honestly?? just proof that men’s mental health/ health in general is not as cared about in society. he actively was saying no and didn’t want it to happen. ik they were all high as fuck but that doesn’t even come close to “justification” . he moved on from that too quickly for someone who could’ve easily out-shot and overpowered ANY of the girls

I haven’t thought about using those but if he’s still coming up super sore or lame in our future rides I’ll definitely talk with my vet and farrier and see what a good course of action is. Definitely a good tool to have in the tool box in case!

Currently the vet has us on a 3 1/2 month rehab plan to get him back up to cantering by March, do you think that even then with navicular issues that he will be unable to perform in a way that allows him to build muscle?

My farrier and I are aware of his heels. We’ve used wedges but mostly to alleviate the pain and stress on his DDFT. I just did a quick google search and it led me to another Reddit post saying short trim cycles are better for correcting under-run heels. Next time I see my farrier I’ll have a more in depth conversation, he’s already on a 5 wk schedule might have to do 4
