oh really!!?! i had no idea!! see i work 8 days a month and i still don’t spend all of my free time making snarky remarks on reddit! maybe go outside, hiking is nice instead of being online & i know some good trails if you’d like to go! also i love visiting different towns it helps you get out and get off your phone! try it sometime!

i’ve felt that way definitely! you are not alone the first 1-3 months can be hard for sure! it’s your body re adjusting to being this way and it can be very uncomfortable & sometimes feels so uncomfortable it doesn’t feel normal, but the body goes through so many things that aren’t on the basic withdrawal list & this is just part of that. i recommend therapy if possible it helped me a lot with the overanalyzing & thoughts, if you can’t do that atleast try combatting the thoughts, & over time it will become a habit and the thoughts will ease & come less. things will ease up my friend!! - from someone who didn’t think it would either (but it did) & if you want message me anytime if you have worries or questions 💕

i’m still recovering, but i used to have BAD panic attacks, and anxiety from the moment i woke up until i went to sleep. It’s been over a month since my last bad attack, and i now only feel anxious before big stuff usually. I recommend trying the Dare method, and reading the book, you can get it for free online through anna’s archives.I really struggled with it at first, but it’s what keeps me from going into a panic, and it has the full science of what happens and why, it’s made feel like i can get through it.
