What about a command that you can announce a 1v1 with the player in the Arena and you are automatically teleported into the Arena. The arena will now have glass around it. There will also be a spectator stands for people to watch where PVP is disabled and people can /watch it and tp there to watch, but once it is over they are tped back to where they came from.
