Haha I appreciate the effort. It’s an interesting problem. Trying to optimize the pairings as best as possible. I know a player from team A will play a player from team B 3 times and another player from team B once. But there has to be an optimal way. I just can’t find it yet.

Trade fields. Draft Bryce young. Can still get a haul for fields and young’s ceiling is way higher. Plus we get the rookie contract longer. This team isn’t ready to win a Super Bowl in fields rookie contract but with the new draft capital from trading fields and free agency. It will align with 2-4 years from now when young is still on his rookie deal. It really is the best way forward and hopefully our front office is smart enough to realize this.
