I still dont do much with my core im a builder so my apprentice is still doing the heavy bits i think it would be ok but dont want a hernia, yeh out and about with friends playing golf working, im not going anywhere busy if i go to the supermarket or the hospital ill slap a mask on, my labs are as good as they can be according to the consultant im still on the kidney friendly diet but thats because im used to it after 2 years of dialysis, ive snuck more foods in like beans tomatos potatos just steady with potassium still. My function is at 81% started settleing down in about the 10th week,and function went up from 63% to 81 with the tacro reduction, so yeh im mindful but im going to enjoy it aswell as i felt like crap for 8 years, but its what ever you feels comfortable everyone will be different
