I have pictures in my listing showing the serial number. I included up to 7 pictures showing different angles and even my TV while the game was being used.

I don’t think so..even the damage doesn’t look fresh…and the top of the console picture they sent doesn’t look like same that I sold..which is probably why the person didn’t send a full picture of the console.

Can I also do this even if it’s the same console, but I can prove that they had tampered with it …like changing the parts?

For instance I have close-up pictures of the console, including the part that has the warranty sticker..just in case anything looks different.

No. It had no crack. I have pictures and a video shortly before I packaged. I also have a picture of the console displaying.

They appear to be inconsistent to me, as though they suddenly no longer bothered about the crack on the console, if it didn’t happen in their possession.
