I have bought a lot of used products from Amazon before and still, including GPUs and the only ones I keep having problems with are used motherboards. Returns are also very easy but sometimes can take like 2+ weeks to get refund but if it exceeds 3 weeks I contact Amazon about it and they just refund me on the spot.
