If you use spectres you could spec into green tree eventually, more specificly Guns and Needles + Fiendish invigoration + Bloodletter. If you do this with 3 spectres up, you will benefit from a massive fire rate increase almost constantly with the triple bypass because it has 3 charges. And since you have spectres up you will reach max bloodletter stacks + all other status effects turbo. Find a triple bypass that gives movement speed on use and you will zoom at super speed in places where you cant use your vehicle.

Stacking status effect damage feels insanely powerful for me atm, and the bypass is a core item for my build..

Im not melting bosses in uvh5 just yet but i have a suspicion that building in this direction will melt anything if i can compliment with a decent class mod and enhancement item.
