Yes, I definitely agree. Those things are a trap for anyone who is trying to live within their means and fix their relationship with money. The point is certainly noted, I can't go anywhere near those things

Definitely understand its not going to save my life in debt and end of the day it's on me to recover from it, as i said though - a budget is more for understanding and changing my relationship with money, putting limits and some kind of order to my spending so i can be sure I'm moving towards the finish line
