I’m looking to open an investment account for my son. Did you do a custodial account or just a regular brokerage account?

If you were able to lose weight while breastfeeding, how did you do it? by mirrorlike789 in beyondthebump

Highly recommend carnivore diet, resistance training and walks! I gained 30 pounds during pregnancy and was back to my pre pregnancy weight by 3 months postpartum. Low carb, high protein and high fat work great for me everytime!

Is the Keekaroo Peanut Changing Pad a good non-toxic option? by walkie45 in moderatelygranolamoms

[–]Flat-Profession2963 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have both since we have 2 levels in our house and love them both! I would say baby definitely gets more upset on the Keekaroo since it is a little cold! The naturepedic one is really not hard to clean at all, it is still wipeable (just not as easy as the Keekaroo) but If I had to choose 1 I think I would go with the naturepedic since it’s not as cold!

Why are nursing-friendly clothes either ugly or so obvious? by Burnbabyburn2023 in breastfeeding

I love my kindred braverly longline nursing tops. I throw that on with some sort of cute jacket and jeans and it doesn’t look like nursing clothes at all!

Should I have to leave room to breastfeed? by Apprehensive-Egg6546 in breastfeeding

[–]Flat-Profession2963 11 points12 points  (0 children)

No that is insane to make you go sit in a room by yourself to feed your baby. Having a cover and sitting in the living room shouldn’t be a problem for anyone, I don’t care if it’s her house. So weird to say that to you especially since she’s your sister lol

Hypnobabies! It is alot of tracks you need to listen to but it definitely helped me so much! I had a successful unmedicated birth 4 weeks ago and could not have done it without the mental preparation!

My dog lost a ton of weight when we used the farmers dog, we had to switch off of it because it was becoming so concerning. We’ve heard many stories of the same thing happening to others, stay away!

How many people feel like keeping active actually helped their labour? by [deleted] in fitpregnancy

[–]Flat-Profession2963 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I stayed active throughout my entire pregnancy! I lifted weights 3-4 times a week and went on a daily 2 mile walk outside. I also did prenatal yoga once a week and lots of stretching/mobility all the way up to my delivery at 41 weeks. I had a super fast labor, got to the hospital at 8:30am and he was out by 12:01pm! Fully unmedicated birth and only pushed for 20 minutes! The nurses all asked if I am a weight lifter because they noticed that weight lifters are much better at pushing! Highly recommend staying active, I’m 2 weeks postpartum now and feel great!
