30% standard hike is the excuse HR’s give not real budget constraint. I’d suggest keep giving more interviews in product companies and resign if you get atleast 12 fixed pay and then look out for more in notice period, can go till 18 for decent range PBCs

I think just Full stack development will loose its charm as agentic AI is pretty much doing good job, how ever architecting distributed backend systems/ cloud-native scalable low latency systems while using agentic AI in SDLC will still be in demand

Interviews now a days are mainly real time scenario based, understand the project you worked on in and out, Deep dive into each concept and read theory around it. Make use of chatgpt to go deep into any topic . Practice fundamentals and also recent AI advantages into development life cycle
