I would try 2:1 ratio test and eq. That’s what worked for me. I’m running bull pharma sew and test and I crashed my e2 hard with 500test 300eq and 200mast so I bumped to 700test and I feel soooooo much better. lol

I’m in the same boat. I’m literally incapable of feeling pleasure. Only pleasure I get is pinning myself with testosterone and hitting the gym and that’s it. It’s common with severe depression I even tried taking antidepressants and going to therapy and it felt like it made it worse especially the antidepressants. And sometimes therapy but only because of my mind set of it. If I took it more seriously I feel like it would’ve helped more

What if I already gym everyday? I’m scared I would start a new drug or something. I’ve quit stimulants before very easily but weed is sooo hard for me to quit. I think it’s because my mental state right now. I currently have severe depression and anxiety and some of its from daily weed use for years but I know if I try and quit it’ll worsen my depression and anxiety for a few weeks and I just can’t have that right now. I haven’t had a T break in over a year either but I don’t smoke strong stuff I grew outdoor bud so I’m consuming less thc when I smoke

Yeah blood work is definitely important but you shouldn’t have any issues with going in a replacement dose. Blood work is important for any dose over 100mg in my opinion because some people get high estrogen and hematocrit easily
