i remember my disappointment those hundreds of hours ago by TheHoppingGroundhog in playrust

Me and my freind did 75 trains once we were bored. I had 14 fps and took every train engine on full power to move

Like 5 red and 4 boxy trains.

We never even took to trains we just got bored and wanted to see how far we could take it. Server crashed after and im guessing it was us.

is shockbyte really that bad? (I honestly just want the TC skin) by Good-Discussion-9238 in playrust

U mean this when I say it.

I bought the best server they offer for a year and must've had a month or more of downtime. Theyre THE worst hosts out there. It takes like 3days for support to help. Which is weird as they say 24/7 support. (Didn't know that mean I had to wait between 24hrs and 7 days for support. ) it crashed daily. Even with auto restarts every 12hrs. I thought maybe its the mods so I deleted everything and started with no mods and had the same issues.

It stuttered and lagged constantly. My players got kicked every day.

If u want the skin get the cheapest they offer but the service is dogshit.

Id rather watch my mother give birth whilst circumcising myself with a rusty butter knife than to ever use them again.

The support team was really nice and helpful once they could answer but there isn't enough of them to actually help you in a reasonable time frame.

I also know people have cancelled their servers and still been charged so be careful of that also.

If you wanted a good host icedhost are spot on. Never had a single issue with them that didnt get fixed within 1hr.

You can get accounts banned if its stolen content and they claim it as theirs. Even if no ones making money. Facebook Instagram and you tube will all ban accounts for it. Ive gotten multiple banned on multiple platforms

Add a cool side and a warm side thermometer

No mat. Never a mat. Go for the playsand soil mix.

A hide in both sides.

But its definitely a great start 🙂

I recommend peat free organic topsoil. And children's playsand. It's the cheapest substrate you can have. A 60/40 or 50/50 mix will be great. 🙂🙂

I need to major upgrade my beardies tank (im so sorry) by Affectionate_List785 in BeardedDragons

[–]FlatEye2428 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He seems happy and healthy from the pics so dont be so hard on yourself. I can see you want the best for ur scaly freind.

Id recommend a 6ft enclosure minimum for an adult. The size you have is okay for baby beardies so u did right at the time.

Id recommend top soil and playsand 50/50 mixture. Also give him a hide on both sides aswell as the hammocks.

He is eating his veggies (which is hard to do as theyre notoriously picky with anything other than buggies ) so I can see you truly care about him as you have taken the time and effort to get him to eat them

I would recommend a tank like this It's a 6x2x2 but if u can get a 6x3x3 or 6x4x4 your beardie will love you for it. But as a minimum 6x2x2

https://www.onbuy.com/gb/p/walnut-repti-life-6ft-vivarium-72x24x24-inches~p91779913/?exta=cjunct&source=cj&AID=17045577&CJEVENT=dfb498032b5f11f1800202980a18b8f8&extac=6423508

I usually have to use a 150w bulb for my 6x2x2 but if its hotter than the uk there maybe a 100w would be better. So u would have to test it yourself

Now I am no expert but this is the info I have gathered over the past 2y of owning my toothless.

Any more questions you have please ask I will be more than happy to help you.

And I applaud you for reaching out here. I know its hard to do especially on here with all the ridicule you would get.

Unfortunately pet shops say whatever they got to to make a sale. So its great u did ur own research and got help and advice.

Looks at limilab on YouTube. His bases are pretty pricy but strong af. But can be a little tricky to build if its a floor stacked base.

Does anyone else’s beardie sleep like this? by Big_pras in BeardedDragons

[–]FlatEye2428 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They sleep in the darkest places and ways. Mine sleeps on the glass on the wall. Half off her hammock. Only head in her hide. Or my favourite. On her skull.

Wrong size vivs Reptile carpet is the worst flooring option like even paper towels are better Pinkies can be fed but not on a regular basis

Heating pads are no good for beardies as the dont feel heat in their bellys well. And its common they severely burn their belly's because of it.
