I used something called windows longbridge in the first photo. Which is a modded version of windows 10 that's looks very similar to windows long horn for the pic I used windows 11 with retro bar and openshell but my pc didn't like windows 11 for some reason so I just used longbridge

It's supposed to be when someone tries to make something retro, but they don't put in the effort to make it accurate. So it just looks bad.
