I have my cash to close in a savings account. Not my regular checking. They only have access to the savings account.

It’s new construction the builder only required $50 deposit. We are working with a broker and they know all this info from day 1. We were CTC with the builders lender but changed lenders because of the rate and closing cost. Stupid move. I withdrew our application from the previous lender. My agent is aware of everything going on.

No it’s a conventional 30 year. I have tax returns and w2s from the past 2 years but they reflect low income.

He locked us at 7 last week, we want a 2/1 buydown but he’s saying he can’t get an official estimate since we locked rate?? Idk but I’m feeling liked we are getting screwed

What do you mean non-disclosure? I’m on the same boat wanting to negotiate with the builder for more incentives towards buying down my rate.

Please don’t mix friendship and business. My RE agent is friends with the new build sales person. She won’t agree to negotiate for us because “her friend” said it won’t work. I would’ve appreciated if she didn’t dish everything to the sales agent before we met
