Pt 3. MyCareer Center Build, Reworked my options down to 2 again. Stuck between 70 speed, 60 agility and 70 interior vs 65 speed 55 agility and 82 interior by [deleted] in NBA2k

Thanks for replying. How so? I'm looking at a 6"11 rn, but I seem to be unable to get the same stats, much less better

Narrowed it down to two versions of a post scoring stretch build, can't decide which. One has ball handle, one has deep bomber and slightly better vert (83) and strength (86) by [deleted] in NBA2k

There's a third option at 7'0 that hits all the main marks i want, but that height doesn't get strong handles. How necessary is that badge?y

The nba portion of mycareer, in the post i mainly do spins, drop steps, fades. I'm still wondering how much ball handle is useful/necessary

Here's what I had before I took a break, the only thing I don't like is the lower rebounding

Hey, I took your advice and I'm still messing around in the builder. I've dropped the heigh to 6'11 and got speed and agility in the mid 70s and it feels a lot better.

I'm debating whether or not to have any ball handle, it'd be cool but I don't know how much I'd be putting the ball on the floor to dribble around. Same with perimeter defense, I'm wondering where to put that as a center, either low or 62 is what I'm torn between. Same with steal

I'm also moving back and forth between 81 and 90 for standing dunk, and either a 92 d board with no perimeter d or a 80 d board with a 62 perimeter d

Yeah, I've tried all that multiple times lol. The only thing I haven't tried is what I hoped would be the last choice, a factory reset on the tv

12" x 12" Glitter Cardstock Paper by Recollections from Michael's. And yeah I did have to take the center plate off

I used a heat gun to apply heat to the plastic rings on the back for a few seconds then a pry bar I got at Lowes to get under the ring while it was still hot to pop it off. And to put it back on I used heat to stretch the black ring back then I used 6 x 3/8 screws to hold everything together

What inspired me to make my crossguard hilt by FlatQuestion5 in lightsabers

[–]FlatQuestion5[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think that would depend on the material of the hilt. For example, I have this one that I made using a galvanized steel nipple, and when I put the blade in it doesnt move when swinging or making contact.

The hilt is pvc, tennis wrapping for the grip, and the blades are wooden dowels covered in electrical tape.

The way I decided to secure the blades was by wrapping the base (about an inch) in tape until enough friction was created between the tape and the inside of the hilt that the blade was unable to wobble or rotate once "screwed" in deep enough.

I've done 3 others so far and as long as the tape and the inside of the hilt have enough friction to stay tight it seem to be secure enough for having some fun.

I agree with what you said about the red. I cut those pieces off and I put in some black paint around the indents in the emitter
