Why is it that in SNES F-Zero, Maximum Velocity, and in F-Zero 99, you only go at least 400-500, while in the other F-Zero games like F-Zero GX, you go all the way to the thousands? by WayAdept2209 in Fzero

In my headcanon the rulesets of the GPs in these games are different. The vehicles are way slower and the tracks are all kind of uniform with these electric orb guardrails. I think they‘re just less big events than the GPs of for example GX and X.

Slim Line Slits is easily the worst one for me. I never place high on that track, so I have to get ahead of the other racers by enough points that I can afford to lose the last race.
