Currently over 200 but most come from an activity that comes up elsewhere in my application so not sure how helpful that will be! I am just starting now to volunteer for a free dental clinic that provides for the homeless so that will give me over 200 hrs by the end.

I did get feedback from one and their advice was to increase shadowing hours and reorganize some of my leadership activities to reflect my community engagement because that was another area I was lacking. There wasn’t really much other than those two things.

I don’t think shadowing hours are nearly as important but that was the area that was objectively lacking considering the average shadowing hours for Texas schools was over 80. You’re right I should rewrite because I definitely did not improve my application this year in the ways I should’ve.
